goalie204 Posted August 8, 2011 Author Posted August 8, 2011 the full recipe is dice onion, jalapeno and garlic, and sautee in butter or olive oil - let cool (important) - then mix with ground beef, and i use some tamari and worstershire, and salt and pepper, but soy sauce is fine instead of tamari - they are great burgers
goalie204 Posted August 17, 2011 Author Posted August 17, 2011 no problem, anotehr modification i do to this is 4 ingredients, beef, onions, tamari, and worstershire, and i just use a TONNE of onion and caramilize it, then same as before, very moist burgers
