goalie204 Posted August 8, 2011 Author Share Posted August 8, 2011 the full recipe is dice onion, jalapeno and garlic, and sautee in butter or olive oil - let cool (important) - then mix with ground beef, and i use some tamari and worstershire, and salt and pepper, but soy sauce is fine instead of tamari - they are great burgers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
