I dunno about anyone else, but i've always wondered whether Czar's has a stash of hidden cigars somewhere, quietly being aged, perhaps forgotten, perhaps being saved for a rainy day.

Any chance for a viewing of these cigars if there are indeed being hidden away?

Maybe an auction for a box or two?

haha, Aizuddin when I was there in April I was hoping such a stash existed but I doubt it. It was pretty obvious to me that in order to stay on top of quality control and ensure blend integrity on all the marques it means several fresh cigars a day in a never ending loop, am I right Rob? I would imagine a vintage cigar is more of a rare treat than a regular occurance on the Czar deck. That being said I would be surprised if a hundred boxes of those great cigars that were recently discontinued didnt get "put aside".

That would be Rob's personal stash.... only chance of getting those would be to send Lisa a hoard of chocolates when Rob is doing his world tour...

We absolutely keep as little as possible at Czars. It is a street bordered by bordello's and public housing :)

With our new facility October we will be able to merge our existing 3 storage facilities.Should simplify matters.

Onto Vintage Auctions...no need.

We have maybe 60 boxes. The recent LFTH "Vintage" took care of the quality stock.

Does anyone really want to purchase R&J Prince of Wales of which maybe 10 cigars will draw properly? QDO from 1998 which are like dowels? Same goes for most others remaining. Those boxes that are of good quality we generally have buyers for anyway who love that cigar. Come closer to Christmas we will let them know.

Occasionally PCC offers vintage things to us and if quality we will take. I generally forget about them for some time. Other times I will ask them to try and track down items for me. Sometimes it comes off.

We will concentrate on doing what we do well. Regularly handpicking where possible, the best Cuban Cigars in the world today. That is our model and we will continue with it. We will surprise occasionally with vintage boxes etc.

I snagged a 10 year old box of Cohiba Siglo V during that LFTH. And not at a bad price either I might add. It was a good special offering you guys put together.
