I will run through the 30 most popular cigars during April/May/June and will provide an ongoing chart to see how the cigars stack up. bassman Posted June 24, 2011 Posted June 24, 2011 My cabs from 2001 & 2007 are the best DCs I own. Other years nice, but don't rise to that level. Be curious to hear opnions on more recent production.
sg1234 Posted June 24, 2011 Posted June 24, 2011 I have the same 07 cab as bassman and they are solid cigars loaded with fruity flavors. A friend of mine calls this cigar the everlasting gobstopper because they change so much as you smoke them. Great change of pace cigar!

Be curious to hear opnions on more recent production. they can vary but overall are a terrific smoke (and to think, rob had to dump those 01's at half price because no one wanted them - could never understand it). that % is going to be tough to beat.

I have never ad a cigar evolve so much during 1 sitting. Changed 5 times....glorious. Your comment stuck a chord with me.

Rob, when are you going to finish that 5 year analysis on the progression of the 07 SLR DC? It's year four of the test, and I haven't seen any posts about it?

The last one was a year and a half ago and I should revisit them though.
