Vortigan Posted May 21, 2011 Posted May 21, 2011 Had a lovely visit today to Stratford-on-Avon.birthplace of Shakespeare and a wonderful city full of history.Found a fantastic little smoke shop there and picked up a single PSD #4 It'll be my first outing with this particular cigar so very much looking forward to it.About to have a lovely dinner and then we'll be getting to know each other.Hope you're all having a great weekend.Cheers, Mike

I was a bit puzzled by the year-round xmas decoration shop though

It's a pretty good bet tobacco had made it into Shakespeare's world by the time he was writing. It had a pretty nasty reputation at first. Since players were known for their salacious ways, one wonders if he ever sampled the weed. The quote above tempts one to say "Why, yes!"
