I know that the best way to differentiate is to try myself, but can some explain the difference between

Cedro de Luxe No. 3

Petit Corona

Mille Fleur and

Romeo No. 2 (i guess this one is discontinued)

They are all the same vitola, aren't they? so what other differences are there? Blend?

My input is:

Cedro de Luxe No. 3:

Medium body with a prominent cedar taste, quite complex when not plugged...

Petit corona:

Medium body, hints of coffee and creamy earth, good for a beginner.

Mille Fleur:

Light bodied and floral treat, I think this one is short filler and good for the beginner.

Romeo No. 2

They are still available especially in tubes, Always found good construction on them, very spicy with medium body, a simple tubo cigar to give to someone craving a cuban.

Better smoke them as I have, gives a better perspective and always a good idea

Of all these cigars i would say the RyJ Cedro de Luxe No. 3 would be the best. The RyJ Mille Fleur is a fantastic yard gar though, that I often smoke while doing work outdoors.
