speaking of which... anyone noticed how nicely fatty lamb coats your mouth and prepares it perfectly for a cigar?

lamb mince... don't drain the fat leave it in... eat it the day after... mmmmm

I don't care for lamb, to me it tastes of moth balls, hay and barnyard. Where's the Beef?
