Scdalak Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 Greetings All, Was wondering if the CZAR would consider including the Cigar Strength and Body Ratings under each product offered on the website. I realize there are many reviews available for each selection, but thought for beginners and intermediates alike would help educate and assist in their selection. Any of you regulars here agree/disagree? Thoughts??
thechenman Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 I don't think it is a bad idea...but the issue is that it will vary for different people.
Scdalak Posted April 14, 2011 Author Posted April 14, 2011 Its a good point, we are all different and tolerate strength and body in our own tolerances and tastes. Some of Robs descriptions do say "Full Body or Flavored" but I always had an issure trying to differenciate between the 2. When I think pure Strength I think Ligero blend which can give me a really good high, not sure on how to distiguish Full Body vs. Flavor.. My 2 Cents...
bc8436 Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 Generally I think of full-bodied as something that packs a strong nicotine kick, and full-flavored as a cigar that has, well, a lot of flavors
Tarks Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 Generally I think of full-bodied as something that packs a strong nicotine kick, and full-flavored as a cigar that has, well, a lot of flavors I break a cigar down into 3 categories. 1) Body (weight of smoke) 2) Strength (nicotine) 3) Flavour (flavour)
