Fatcigar Posted April 8, 2011 Posted April 8, 2011 Tastes profiles are very classic Por Larranaga's caramel etc.....
thechenman Posted April 8, 2011 Posted April 8, 2011 Beautiful pictures. Thanks for sharing them with us. I'm going to have to try and get my hands on some of these...
michael69 Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 wondering about a box of these having loved the magnificos, robusto..... is it too young/green at the moment; potential for ageing.....? look forward to R, K and S getting on the deck for a review(?) anyone else try them?
michael69 Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 Went down to Sautters today and got 3 of these; not smoked one yet, but I must say the aroma at the foot is amazing! Lawrence rates this cigar better than the Cohiba 1966 as of now (of which he smoked several in Havana at the festival, and doesn't like at all....) BTW, the new Cohiba DR 1966 is not rolled at El Laguito.... only the Gran Reserva and the behike line are made there now (for the time being at least)
Coloniales Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 I bought two boxes of these beauties, thanks for the review. Keith.
CaptainQuintero Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 I don't know I have a dud box or not but, I'm just getting duds. Smoked 3 out of the box so far and each one has been a complete dog. One unwrapped on me, the other two burnt fast and hot. Overall flavour of hot mud The singles I tried before buying a box were suberb though, caramel, toasty tobacco, hints of drief fruit at the end....garh
