During every arrest it seemed like Seagull was waiting and hoping that the crackheads would recognize him just so he could have his ego stroked a bit. A couple of them seemed pretty happy that they were being arrested by a washed up movie "star". What a joke. I hope that SS covers the lawsuit costs that comes down on the county, that would be an easy win in court.
