Im not saying the romeo no. 1 is an awesome cigar....

But is it really as bad as most people make out? I had one last night and i thought it was very agreeable, ive smoked my fair share of cubans and have been smoking long enough to have my own preferred taste, but the romeo no. 1 was actually quite pleasurable.

No nonsense, a small touch ot spice tbrough the nose, hints of wheat and almond on the draw for me...

Anyway, the romeo no. 1 is no complex discovery of aroma and flavour, but it aint that bad at all...

Just my two pence folks.

Thanks

I think some people obviously don't like them.

I also think some people will follow the percieved wisdom, rather than trying them themselves.

I havent had one,but wouldn't mind trying them on their own merrits.

I'm not going to lie, these cigars can be quite rustic. However, I like these as a change of pace time to time.

Started up my more serious habanos-trip with these a few years back.

More recently I´ve found them to be mild and quite pointless for my own consumtion, but perfect for gifting to others (this goes for the 1, 2 and 3).
