smll2 Posted December 11, 2010 Posted December 11, 2010 I posted a negative report about my order with Chuck and the lack of communication regarding the same. Chuck did get back to me and went out of his way and bettered my order to make things right. I recieved my order today and everything is perfect. The shelves and tray look great. Chuck says he's got problems recieving emails...and doesn't understand why. The email address that has been working for me is [email protected]. Just letting the folks know that Chuck took care of this issue.
