A couple of OPM boxes

Got a few boxes of cigars stamped "OPM XXX 09". The cigars look quite nice, supple dark brown.

Does anyone have any idea which factory this is referring to?

*Are they Cuban? If so, just go to the habanos.com site and follow the directives to box dates, codes, etc. There was a dispute on another site about the suspected inauthenticity of his box of smokes and was directed to that habanos.com website. There was feedback about those particular direct links that were given not working, but I will share those links with you anyway, and you can see if they do or don't work. I haven't gone to them because I don't buy by the box anymore. Here are those direct links given on another forum site:

I have OPM xxx 09 Diplomaticos and Por Larranagas. Both are excellent. My guess would be La Corona factory, but it's only a guess.

No idea of the factory, but I've had quite a few OPM boxes as well.

OPM is more probably a code for La Corona factory. The reason is because La Corona rolls HdM,LFC,PL, PU, SCLH and other brands when contrated.

I've seen OPM codes on Cuabas, RyJ which are rolled at the Ry J factory, and Dips that are rolled at the H. Upmann factory.

Now all of this is speculative, and what counts is that you enjoy them, when you smoke them.

Haven't smoked them yet, just letting them sit for a few months or years, i'll get to them when i get to them hahah.

But was just curious about the factory code OPM, since the cigars look particularly tasty, almost HQ boxes if i were to compare the shades to what we regularly see here as HQs. Seems a bit more than a coincidence that i'd get two boxes, different brands, that look very similar (well the wrapper at least) and have the same factory code and the same year (a few months apart).
