Just A General Thank You

This is simply a humble note to say a huge thank you to the Cigar Czar (and by extension the FoH community) for supplying REALLY solid product and service. I've only been here a few months but I've ordered and received a few boxes and a bunch of premium singles from the sampler promo. Tonight a friend was over and we sat on the porch enjoying some red wine and I offered him a San Cristobal El Principe. I was thoroughly enjoying the smoke when he chimed in at how amazing he thought this particular cigar was - how delicious it smelled pre and post light, how it tasted, its dark rich colour. As he said that I was admiring the sheen of the oil on my cigar and enjoying a mouthful of taste, thinking to myself "holy f*ck this is remarkable". I then explained to my friend that I had found the Czar online and told him about my experience here in forum and dealing with Lisa on the orders (so wonderful).

My friend is gone, and I'm back inside just winding it down for the night. The time my friend and I experienced was made pleasurable by the quality habanos supplied by the Czar - and I thank you.

I totally agree with the quality and service. I had the same experience with a friend who smokes CC's. The PE/HQ/PSP program is the BEST!!!!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. You can't be the service and crew and Czar. They really go the extra mile for their clientele. No other Habanos retailier even comes close. On top to that, their product is really top notch. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone who would offer the consistency of quality the Czar does. In short...they really care, and they get it.
