On the Day/Nights there is a game, everyone meets up at the table at the specified time, and when the boss gives the order, we actually join the table to get the tournament started.

Excellent, i'll keep an eye on it next Friday. well you can click the banner and sign up and check the system out before that. at the time of the poker days you can go in up to the point where you see the table and there is a chat to talk to anyone else there. just don't sit down at the table yet because once 2 people sit down, the tourny begins to start. you'll see people talking once it gets close to game time
