sometimes, things happen to go right (not often and i don't want to jinx anything).

thursday, the stumbling wombat sent me a hefty voucher as they were not happy that i was not happy. now we are all happy.

yesterday, while it might have taken hours, i finally got the bank to retract a position and revert to what we were - which saved me a bucketload (and was justice in action).

today, the tax office has reversed a penalty (some days, you have to love the tax office).

i'm almost feeling game enough to take on telstra this coming week but we all know that will end in tears.
