Guest rob Posted May 26, 2010 Posted May 26, 2010 I do not see the value of paying $150 for a cigar night, when I am going to be told rubbish that I already know and given NC or Brazilian cigars. I prefer to organise a free night where we all bring 3 or 4 cigars and we can exchange some with other memebrs on the night. I agree with this sentiment, Elie.
Fuzz Posted May 26, 2010 Posted May 26, 2010 I never said that I didn't like to turn up to events in the city. I'll always make the effort if I'm free. Just that it is difficult to get there from where I am. My point was more to the fact that Sydneysiders are apathetic to cigar gatherings as opposed the Bris/Melb crowd. Then again, Sydneysiders are apathetic to a lot of things.
