Shanghai, China LCDH information request

my brother will be over in Shanghai next week and was asking about the availability of legit Cubans. There is the one and only LCDH in the Westin...correct? If so, what are the prices like in China? Secondly, is the LCDH the only place to purchase legit cigars in Shanghai? He's only looking to pick up a some of the major brands...thanks for any help I can pass along to him!

I'll be in Shanghai next week, arriving Wed night. Tell him to stop by the Roosevelt Prime steakhouse, a whole bunch of us will be there probably most every night having a smoke.
