June-July Israel get together?

That sound great.

I think I might be busy with work and studying for the accounting exams but I might

have some free time.

I'll get back to you.

I live near Tel Aviv.

Where are you staying?

Happy Pesach:)

I'll be at my folks in Afula, but I can get anywhere reasonable (Ashdod and north from there) for pre-arranged meeting. Let's see if there is any other israelis on the board that may be interested.

So Bob. I'll be in Tel-Aviv with my girlfriend from May 1-10. Wanna catch up for a smoke?

If you can't make it, can you recommend some decent places for having a smoke? As I understand, in Israel, there is a sporadic ban on smoking inside, am I correct?

Any other recommendation on restaurants, bars..?

That is during my exams period,My mind would somewhere else.

As for cigars lounges,I usually don't smoke outside .

I smoke my cigars at home so I don't really know a good cigar lounge.

As for the smoking ban you're right, you cant smoke in restaurants and pubs anymore

although some of the owners look the other way but that is for cigarettes not for cigars.

For smoking a cigar you need to find a pub or a lounge that allows it.

Can you read Hebrew?

If so here is a link with some great cigars lounges in Israel.

Thanks mate!

Can't read Hebrew, but I do see a "La Casa del Cigar" there. Will investigate further.

I was in Israel in late February visiting my wife's family.

Man, I could have used some down time with a few cigars and shots of rum.

Kanga, enjoy your visit. It's a beautiful country with thousands of years of history sitting right there on the surface.

Bob, next time, eh?
