crisdean Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 Hi guys my name is Chris and I've recently smoked my very first cigar. It was an ERdM petit corona. I probably7 made a mistake as it didn't seem to burn as I was expecting it. Might have been a rookie mistake. Most of the time I had a leather pepper taste but not as much coffee in there. Again I think it was me with the matches. Not a good match. However, I definitely want to try other cigars and get a proper lighter so I can enjoy my cigars. Matches never really have been my best friends. Especially if you have to smoke outside the house And in bonny Scotland this sometimes can be a very wet experience Hope you guys can help me out on some of my questions and share thoughts and opinions and the rest of it lol Take care guys and as you'd say g'day all.

thechenman Posted March 29, 2010 Posted March 29, 2010 Welcome to FOH. For your ligher issue, smoking outdoors, I would go with a torch lighter. Don't know what your budget is, but I think the Blazer PB-207 is a fit for any budget and is a phenomenal ligher. Not the fanciest, but a real trooper.

Aye I had a look at this lighter as well and as long as it does the job I don't bother about optics. It looks pretty cool tho

Upmann Majestic 1 x Partagas Shorts 1 x Punch Petit Coronas 1 x Bolivar Coronas Junior 1 x Montecristo No. 4 1 x Cohiba Siglo I Humifier pouch and a Vector Jet Lighter gunmetal. Looked good and 5years warranty. Thanks for the warm welcome. Might order some PSP as well but the coast for shipping might be too expensive. Well not now anyway lol

And my spelling is gone as well. Bugger! Cigars will be delivered next week some time. Hope I can add some NC to the list as well.
