Correct and I understand that in any event they have a policy of not allowing tobacco sales at all - so you can sell the box but not the contents.

Might have been my fault...I took a look earlier and saw that you could make a comment or if you had a concern about the product listed...so I click on that and chose the counterfeit / copy right infringement option. I also sent the seller an e-mail but no reply as of yet.
