-Tan colored wrapper, a little dodgy looking, hole in wrapper up at the top, slightly underfilled

-Pre draw was cedar

-Initial puff was graham crackers and aged leather

-Early puffs include leather, cedar, earthiness and lots of sweet wood……..All very Mild at this point

-Cream and wood continue on the 1/3 along with some sweet Jamaican bread….very Light

-I think the band is kind of cool looking

-Very light smoke at rest, draw is perfect and aftertaste is long but Light on the pallet

-I swear I taste Juicy Fruit somewhere in here

-Some nice Cocoa, Coffee, White pepper,

-Great golf course stick for a newbie, gives them nice flavors w/o being overpowering but better than any NC they are currently smoking, too mild for me I think

-Gentile Medium in 2/3, still tasty with leather, floral nodes, spicy-sweet bread, salty cocktail nuts and continued wood

-This cigar is truly an HDM in all aspects to me

-Final 1/3 ends with more of the same flavors as the 2/3

-Very enjoyable smoke but for something of this Lighter profile, I would prefer a smaller size, but very good smoke, just not my favorite DC

-8.9/10

Very nice review.

I smoked one yesterday GTL SEP06, second one from the box.

I got that "juicy fruit" flavor but it reminded me of tangerines.

Never had "Jamaican bread" but was reminded of raison coffee cake.

Thought of the golf course too.

I really enjoyed that the sweetness my cigar started with stayed for the entire cigar.

I'd rate mine a 93.

Nice review; I thoroughly enjoyed the last Hoyo Double Corona I had the chance to smoke.

Sounds like a great cigar for when you have plenty of time to kill and want to relax without focusing on the nuances so much.. Got to try one of these now. Long live the DC though, my favourite vitola.
