I will be traveling to the great Pacific Northwest on Friday. I've got meetings in Seattle, and then I will be down in Portland for the late afternoon before flying back. Are there any good lounges or cigar-friendly places near the airport? I may have a spare hour or two and I'd prefer spending it somewhere other than the airport.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

In Seattle area unless you can drive to Fife you are hooped for indoor smoking.

In PDX you can try http://www.mcmenamins.com/ - the Kennedy School has a smoking room in the old detention hall.
