Do a search in the App Store its called iPTT its like a direct connect for nextel but for Iphone and IPod Touchs it in Beta mode but its a great app!!! Its really taking off and the owner of the App will be doing alot of neat things with this app real soon..

I have been talking to people from all over the world you can have up to 20 people in the room and also go private with one person of choice in the group on same channel and no one can hear what you are both saying...

It would be kind of cool for some of us to meet and talk about cigars i have been talking to the owner of the app and he might put in a cigar room..Also their are theme rooms with all kinds of topics to go in and talk about with people form all over.

Or you could go on a channel in between and hang out with your own friends hope to hear some of you gents just and let me know when some of you down load it...

Just be aware that the iphone GPS may not be that accurate. I have one and it always tells me I am about 400 meters away from where I actually am. Not sure if that is just us in NZ or just happens to be when I use this function. The standard GPS function uses google maps so needs to be withing reception of wireless or a cell tower - no good in most of the Kiwi bush and I suspect not that great to far off coast. Just mentioning it to check out before you rely on it too heavily at sea. I know I always have to be careful not to solely use the navigation on the launch... charts are only an indication and more often than not, not 100% accurate.

Just on iphone apps, just playing with newly downloaded mobile stogie. Hate the name but a pretty good app for keeping track of ones collection, best one out there anyway.

Love the iPhone (had one) and would love this app... But the service was so horrendous in my area (a metro area at that) AT&T voluntarily allowed me out of my two year contract. I miss the iPhone every day, but I sure don't miss AT&T.

As for a "Cigar Room" on a voice link, I'm alll for it. I think we should have a Czar Summit on Skype or some other such vehicle. Maybe go for the world record for the largest herf of all time.
