1. just be careful with chinese units, you pay for what you get, i am not rich but just thought if i am going to do this, i am going to do this properly
2. looks are deceiving its actually bigger than it looks and i could easily double what i have in there atm, it's very deep so you don't see te extra space at the back,, there is also a empty tray at the bottom, i have a 50 and a 75 count desktops as well that are currently half full, storage won't be an issue....for now, no condensation problems at all, as i said ive got no idea how it works as i was told i don't need water in this unit at all unless the RH drops below 60-65, so far cigars are smoking very well, may do a review a little later
3. have to say mine are not smoking as well as they were 2 years ago, seems to have lost a bit of strengh/flavour
4. humidification is all digital, not exactly sure how it works..only down side was the set up was a little confusing, atm the small tray's i have there is kitty litter to drop the humidity slightly, was running just a tad high
5. C'mon man he did the helicopter....the helicopter LOL
6. oh man i had no idea you guys meet there, i run the Nandos just below it would love to catch up next time if working hours are flexible enough
7. Macphees website, should be a contact you can ring in Melbourne
8. eurocave humidor, live in perth and had to order it through macphee's in melbourne, got a catalogue a few years ago and feel in love, finally saved the funds and pulled the trigger
9. finally got my new humidor up and running, came a week before my wedding and just in time before my holiday, after 4 months of transit time and another month to get a new power outlet in the wall it's finally up and running, very happy i must say [/img] [/img] [/img] [/img] [/img]
10. use to collect sneakers and have around 100 pairs but in the last year or trimmed it down, started really getting into the NFL in the last 3 years, Mondays are now one of my days off so i will get up Monday morning in Oz to watch Sunday night football in the states, did a marathon last year that was not to kind to my body during the playoffs , i have also been collecting NFL cards in that time and had some major Luck recently, here is a few pic's of what i got in a few recent boxes [/img] [/img] [/img] [/img] the Andrew luck i got, recently found out he only signed about 5 like this with the inscription "#1 pick" so was extremly happy to secure that
11. agreed with Orion on this one, in additon to his info i recently watched a video review of the monte 2 gran reserva by Aj patel and he said the blends were different from the norm and being the "best" tobacco from 2008 would mean it would have a upper hand on the reg production even if the blends were the same
12. thanks for the comment mate, just have to hang in there for 12 weeks but really looking forward to getting it and trying my hand at long term aging
13. Just ordered a Eurocave humidor and im just a little bit excited, i searched the net and did not really find any reviews or any feedback, any one have one or know any one who has one??
14. i thought they were being released last year??
15. Does any one know when these are releasing in Oz??
16. thanks for the input guys
17. can any one tell me what the quality was like in 97? ive heard 98-00 were bad years for quality in cuba.. thinking about a box of sig iii's from 97 but needed some insight before i think about pulling the trigger
18. i thought that was a terrible decision to keep rg3 out there after he hurt his knee when he fell out of bounds in the first quarter... he was clearly limping and you have to wonder when one decides he was not fit to continue, i don't care how much he wanted to play and said he was ok, he's 22 and that knee is going to be a big problem in the future considering they are hoping he is going to be around for 10 years.. it was his rookie year and he already achieved so much, what happened today should never happen in any sports, playoff game or friendly your health is the most important thing you have
19. was looking at the mock draft for 2013 and there seems to be alot of defensive players drafted in the first 20 picks, a couple of qb's and virtually now receivers or backs.. i think doug martin had a really good season also, i know it's a different subject but what do you guys think about smith vs kaepernick? i think Alex smith should leave 49er's after this ****, he's a good qb and there are alot of teams that could do with his service, can't stand jim harbaugh.. that guy define's arrogance, not saying Kaepernick is a bad qb i just think smith is better, just a personal opinion
20. just heard rg3 got the rookie of the week over russell wilson!?!? i like rg3 but that is bulls%$t!! robbery!! i would agree with ImTripN2 when he said russell wilson will do better in the playoffs than luck and rg3, seahawks are looking scary atm and have a more structured team than skins and colts
21. was watching the 49ers vs seahawks game and this subject came up, the commentator said one stat that stood out was griffins 5 interceptions to 20 tds, i would agree that luck looks the better long term prospect but you never know rg3 might learn the qb slide, his arm is pretty darn good, ive watched bradford and newton buckle in there second year's... i reckon we need to see who is where by the end of next year regardless of playoff's this year, all three guys have had a stellar year and as much as i don't want to admit it, i think at least one of these guys is going to miss the mark next year, although i hope i am wrong and this turns out to be the best qb class in the history of the nfl next to 1983 draft
22. been following the nfl lately and what a year it has been for all these guys, as much as the focus has been on luck and rg3 it is hard to ignore russell wilson.. especially after he destroyed the 49ers last week, i am still probably sliding with rg3 based on he led his team back from the brink of missing the playoffs and his amazing pass rating not to mention all the other stats, including breaking cam newtons rookie record for rushing yards, but this discussion has many arguments so i would love to hear everyone's thought. thanks
23. hey guys was wondering if anyone can give me info on a bottle of delamain cognac i just purchased it's a vintage 1973 bottle, a 33 year old cognac bottled in 2006 and is from a single barrel and not a blend, was wondering if anyone has tasted it??? im also curious about delamain cognac itself and how it shapes up against the bigger names hennessy and remy martin, particularly in the X.O ranges as ive tried both hennessy and remy and both were outstanding thanks
24. just finished up a cohiba sig vi gran reserva with a glass of glenmorangie signet was a nice end 2 a busy week of work, id like 2 describe what the experience was like but the smoke and drink combo took everything away from me......the only real flavours i remeber were dark chocklate 2 begin with and a floral/vego taste that lingered there for a while, although any time i had a sip of the signet than a draw was just getting these amazing vanilla hits that would only come out when i repeated this action.....hoping 2 do a proper review of the gran reserva when i have a little more time but for now i dont have much else experience was almost a complete blank but really relaxing
25. trinidad fundadores please, im intrested in your guys opinion
