  1. The Trinidad Robusto T was the first, and so far only, time I experienced very distinct tea flavor.
  2. Yes, kudos to you and your team, Rob for constantly improving. This is an exciting and welcome development.
  3. Before getting into CCs, Padron and Fuente were my favorites but I never liked their maduros. A while back I bought a quarter box of Magicos (som jun 16) and at about a year of age I tried one. I liked it more than the NC maduros that I've smoked but overall it was just ok. Then I smoked one just last week, so just shy of 2 years of age, and it was incredibly enjoyable. Now I don't know whether to smoke them all as they are hitting my sweet spot, or give them even more time to see if they get even better (I seem to remember an old video of Ken and company, sans Rob, enjoying a Genios with 5 or so years on it). I'll probably pick up some boxes in the near future to put down.
  4. Best: Bolivar Royal Corona ETP JUL 15, just a very good BRC with excellent construction and burn. Worst: Cohiba Siglo II PTR NOV 16, not bad but not much flavor, atypical.
  5. So interesting you mentioned this. I've been noticing that my humidors don't smell as great as they used to and now you've clarified it for me. Since I joined FOH, I took my cigars from 69 down to 65 for aging and some to 62 for smoking. Definitely enjoying the smoking more as you say, but I do miss the stronger aroma when I crack open the humi.
  6. Thanks, Rob! That's good to know and longer than I would have thought. I'm looking forward to bringing some PSP boxes with a little age on them home from my OLH soon.
  7. The most cubanesque NCs I've had were some Bespoke Grand Cafe from 2016. I had planned to stock up on them, but then I found FOH.
  8. Those look beautiful. Question for you Rob, how long should the cigars maintain that sheen if you are aging them? I assume it's expected that even under well maintained conditions the sheen will fade after some time?
  9. Scratch that. Only in London. I thought the were putting one in Milan as well. It's still a nice place to hang out. Was there a few years ago.
  10. The Bulgari Hotel in Milan has an Edward Sahakian cigar lounge if you want a lux place to enjoy a cigar. A little north of the Duomo near the Brera district.
  11. Cedar spills are my preferred method for lighting and pose no travel issues.
  12. You're in Phoenix - you could go see Dr. Tom Incledon at Human Health Specialists. I met him at the CrossFit Games last year. You can search for him on the Power Athlete podcast and hear him drop some knowledge. And I forgot to mention sleep. Getting 8+ hours regularly can boost T as well.
  13. If you're not already lifting heavy weights (I mean heavy - sets of 3-5 reps, something like the Starting Strength program) and haven't cleaned up your diet, you should consider those things first as they will have a positive effect on your hormones without negative side effects. And if you're a runner or do other kinds of long distance cardio, think about cutting it out as those activities are bad for T levels.
  14. Trinidad Robusto T, couple years back. I still remember it vividly. Smooth and creamy with a hint of tea. Took me by surprise because I didn't know anything about it. Bought it as a single. It was the first time I actually tasted tea in a cigar.
  15. New Gorillaz album just dropped last week!
