Partagas dinner

What is the name of this smoke. My friend from Spain

who is Cuban gave me this smoke in Spain and told me that they are not for sale. He told me you can only

get them in Cuba! Info please on this smoke.

These were given out at a dinner at Partagas in 2010. A small number of collectible humidors marking the occasion were made, and a couple people were approached (given offer) to purchase a humidor, if I understand correctly. Not something you call up a store for. There are many variations of these, I have seen plenty of faked bands. They shouldn't be around.
