oakalley Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 Hello all from Arthur in Natchez. I am a long tiime Cigar smoker, starting way before the "Cigar Boom" of the late 1990's. I managed to survive the crazy prices and poor quality that was rampant during the "Boom". I'm almost 66 years young, but still work? every day. I'm and Anesthetist in a rural area medical center. Plenty of free time for Cigars, Single malt Scotch and Good Wine. My Cuban experience has been rather limited, being from the USA, I can't run down to my local Tobacco store and buy a handful of Cubans! Did bring a couple of boxes back from Switzerland several years ago, and pick up a few cigars occasionally on trips out of the USA. My biggest concerns when purchasing in places like Mexico and the Caribbean islands are the number of counterfeits floating around. I'm looking forward to gaining more insight from all of you folks on the forum. Arthur
