anacostiakat Posted September 5, 2009 Posted September 5, 2009 Another winner! 47% Grenache, 47% Shiraz & 6% Mourvedre! A dark inky wine that has full dark ripe berries and a pretty complex taste. I am pairing this with a RyJ Hermoso #2 2004 LE. A match made in heaven!!! Man I am enjoying the first two offerings from Hewitson! Now to ask about the Mourvedre.
Colt45 Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 I'm surely appreciating your thoughts on these wines. While I tend to go straight to the Italian and Spanish isles at the store, I will definitely be keeping an eye out for these wines.
