snakes, no ladders

paper recently posted these photos and i thought i'd share.

first one is an amerystine python with a large wallaby or small roo. from a bit north of here.

this is a python - reminds me, in that pose, of kaa from the disney jungle book - that fed on someone's pet dog. again, up north of here.

this one had to be operated on as swallowed an electric blanket. suppose it was warm, but not sure how he dealt with it being plugged in?

and golf anyone? a carpet snake. must have thought these were eggs. as there are often these around golf courses, one wonders how many die from swallowing golf balls?

and this is an oldie that i think someone posted ages ago. from asia. swallowed a sheep and either dead or digesting.
