Thanks for the comments. Weather wise, a little chilly in the morning but warmed up nicely in the afternoon. Most of the fish are in the 14 - 18 inch range and skinny, no "donkeys". The fish were holding deep, so we had to use the boat, I hate fishing from a boat. SJ worms and globugs were the ticket this day.

If you don't mind getting wet, during the rainy season, there are several waterfalls coming off the top of canyon and look totally awesome.

Great pictures! That's beautiful country. I'd love to head out west before too long and do some fly fishing.

As soon as they make a waterproof travel humidor, In the boat it wouldn't of been bad being high and dry. But wading, I've floated the hat quite a few times..... :P

try adapting a waterproof fly box. granted it is sans humidifier etc, but it works for the day.

I fished Lees Ferry back in 2000. One of the best fly fishing days I have every had.
