stargazer14 Posted February 15, 2009 Posted February 15, 2009 Was wondering if anyone enjoyed a smoke with their sweetheart (this could mean a signifiant other, or just a smoke you like to cozy with!). I reached in the box and came out with a smoke from the island - tho a different island. Very much enjoyed an '06 Graycliff Crystal Pirate, outside on a chilly night, two rocking chairs pulled up close to the fire, with a snifter of cognac in my hand. Was very enjoyable.
bassman Posted February 15, 2009 Posted February 15, 2009 My wife is a Marlboro lady, but I enjoyed an excellent 02 VRDA.
DocRKS Posted February 15, 2009 Posted February 15, 2009 My Valentine of many years, aka my wife, and I were at a cigar friendly local steakhouse for a late lunch/early dinner (perfect compromise as the place was expected to be extremely crowded for dinner and even I am sensitive to my wife sitting through a meal with over 50 cigars being smoked at a time). At the time we were there - only about 10 others in the room and only I and 2 others lit up.... I finished the meal with a snifter of Remy and a lovely Cohiba Lancero.
Professor Twain Posted February 15, 2009 Posted February 15, 2009 My bride was out of town, so my sweetheart yesterday was a very beautiful 2006 Por Larranaga Petit Corona. It has been great to see this box evolve, I have smoked about a dozen out of the cabinet and they are just now getting delicious, full of caramel flavor.
habanablue Posted February 15, 2009 Posted February 15, 2009 Pulled out a Por Laranaga 2007 Asia Pacific RE on Sunday. The threesome was complete when 1800 Anejo Tequila paid a visit. The orgy really kicked off when Mount *** Extra Old Rum joined in as well. Wife came home and ruined the party!
smokem Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 Smoked a Punch RS 11 before I had to go to work.
Miami101 Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 I was in the None Cuban made by Cubans mode: Don Pepin Garcia was my choice today...I had one left in a box I was aging for 3 years: What a nice cigar hints of mint, nuts, etc....Balance.
Spartan Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 Cohiba Genios...fought with the damn thing the entire way through...not plugged but uneven burn and it kept going out on me.
