Took my Brittany, Duke out for a walk after work, and thought what better time to enjoy a cigar....what was I thinking. I removed an El Rey Del Mundo Choix Supreme from the humi (60*F @ 65% RH). This was from a sampler pack, so I've no idea on it's date. Upon cold whiff, barnyard, tobacco, and some floral sweetness was noted. I cut the cap and attempted to cold draw. This cigar was nigh on plugged. Construction was very SOLID. I don't have any of those poker devices, so I tried to smoke it anyway. Picture trying to suck the color out of a marble. I think I felt my skull give in a bit with every draw. I managed to get it lit, and from the aroma of the smoke, I was really missing out on something nice. Faint notes of honey, and a little dried fruit were there, but almost impossible to taste due to lake of intake through the cigar. This one I let go out after 2" and 4 relights. Quite disappointing I must say. Must have been a late Friday roll.

Trashed :D

Just had the same problem. I bought this as psrt of a bunch of singles so I could see what I wanted to purchase in boxes. It was completely unsmokable. I have seen some great reviews on these but I have no idea what they taste like, the first taste was good but them it was over!

I hate plugged cigars.

Next order let us replace it. Just let Lise or I know at the time.

Life is too short for plugged cigars :)

Thanks Rob, I wish more businesses operated the way yours does. ;)

Hey Rob, I think the last 4 boxes you sent me are plugged too.

I'm sure this has been brought up before,

but do you think those cigars that go in packs are 'not fit for the cabinet'?
