El Presidente Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 20 members were selected in 07 to review the Saint Luis Rey Double Corona 2007. I put aside two cabinets which looked near identical so that each year we could do a follow up review at this time of year (March). Last year was the first year of those reviews. This will be our second. We will send out a single SLRDC by February 15th to those members involved last year. We need to post your review between the 31st of March and the 7th of April. This is a five year exercise so it will be interesting to see how the cigars have evolved I will commence a special thread for the tasting closer to March as well as a sample tasting sheet. I am looking forward to seeing how they have evolved

I'm looking forward to smoking this one, with an additional year under its belt it will probably be showing us some depth. Thanks again, Rob, for your generosity and spirit of investigation. You are truly unique in this business, and much appreciated. I trust your reviews as much more than anyone else I know, including myself!

Smithy I am sure you were builing Fudge Packer resort at the time but I suspect you were part of the review (need to check). If anyone drops out you can be first reserve. Rob you can be second.
