Help! Can't register on Cig Czar

When I try to register there - I assume this should be like opening an account, all I get is a half page of computer gibberish. Is there a waiting period of some sort? Or, is it my bloody computer?

Please help - its like standing outside a candy store and being told you can look but not touch.:-)

Email or live chat with Lisa, if you want to place an order. I don't think you actually have to register, but live chat would be the easiest way.
