The best shop in Israel is the Duty Free at the Airport. It is the only place where prices aren't outrageous. I also visited Brill Cigars in Tel Aviv (http://www.brillcigars.com/) which is a nice little shop. The Devidas Group has three stores in Israel, including the LCDH in Jerusalem. It is down the street from the King David Hotel on Shlomtzion Hamalka St. Their phone number is 02-6222722. Expect to spend $10+ on any decent single.
