Hello.

I am a scriptwriter in the UK currently writing a series of Sherlock Holmes dramas for the BBC; a Google search for "rare, expensive cigars" brought me here, and it seems like a good place to ask this:

For a vital plot point in one episode I need the name of an expensive, luxury cigar, preferably a rather unusual and even rare example, which would have been available in the USA in the late nineteenth century, but (ideally) hardly known to the average smoker in England.

I've done a little preliminary research of my own, but some expert suggestions would be very welcome.

Many thanks.

Hi Bert,

I have no idea but I know who would. You need to call Nick at Gotham Cigar Museam below:

Good luck with the show.
