A favorite of mine - Walkerswood is the brand I normally buy. I've used it on many things -

chicken, pork, shrimp (never jerk shrimp while slightly inebriated - HOT!).

I think what I like the most is that it brings heat, but with lots of flavor. The more you use, the hotter

it gets, but it's not that searing acid heat of vinegar based hot sauces.

I like to take some half chickens, rub on the spice under and on top of the skin, and let it sit in

the fridge over night. Slow cook indirectly on the weber kettle, add a few Red Stripes, and

you're all set.

well that sounds like it definitely doesn't suck! I am always looking for new ideas on the grill and with a Myrtle Beach vacation in a few weeks I might have to give this a go! Sounds like you will need to pair it with a pair of equally flavorful cigars: RASCC followed by a Party SDC#3.

Now I see why I like you Colt45:

You must come over for my 4 spice Shrimp Kabab's....

1. Jerk Shrimp: In Miami you can get some nice Jerk! Sometimes my friends provide home made Grand Mothers Jerk! Out of control....

2. Indian Curry Spice:

3. Cajun Red Fish spice......

4. Cuban style spice.....Mojo etc.....

And that just the Shrimp's....The meats... now that a different story...

With some imported beers............and some Cuban Coffe with a nice Cuban smoke..

This is how I like to role: or spend my time on Sunday's.;-)

Aavkk, it works great with grilling, and as I mentioned indirect with a lid on, or a smoker is a bit of heaven.

If you insist, Carlos

I'll bring the beer and tequila (and maybe some of Ken's only-bottle-on-the-planet-rum)
