Any orders taken today will not be shipped until next Wednesday. Once the order is packed and ready for pickup a tracking notification will be e-mailed. The packing team are swamped :-)

The place has never run so smoothly The shipping backlog did concern me only because we normally ship 24-48 hrs from the placement of order. We will be back to that point within another 2 working days. Fear not all is under control. There is no emergency that cannot be sorted out by Lise come Monday

Need to leave enough evidence that I am slghtly incompetent. Need to leave enough evidence that going away only causes more work for her when she returns. Not easy ;-)

Yes one of the few times having a last name of Smith is handy. The long paper trail leading back to a Smith character, no one will believe it and so no one will come looking for me.
