strayvector Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 A little something about Swedish alimony law: http://www.euroaudio.dk/Triple_site/banns/...sp?UniqueID=357 Look in the Nordic News section **A sperm donor in Örebro has been ordered to pay alimony to the Lesbian woman his sperm was used to incseminate. The woman’s Lesbian relationship ended – but she had three children using the donor, and sued the man for alimony support. The court found in favour of the woman, saying that the man was the biological father, and thus had to pay. The decisions has been appealed.

I do not avoid women, Mandrake. But I... I do deny them my essence.:-P
tmos Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 If the poor bastard wanted to donate something he should have just donated blood. Who donates sperm anyway? I'm sure he's got a LOT of $$$ for alimony. I bet there's more to this story than what we just read. Like he donated the sperm in the missionary position on multiple occaisions.

The law is the law but common sense needs to be applied on occasion.
GoatLocker Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 » That is just plain absurd. The law is the law but common sense needs to be » applied on occasion. Yep, justice gone wild. I remember an opposite case here in the US where idiocy prevailed. A man proved through a peternity test that he was not the father of a womans child, yet he was ordered to pay child support. Basically, if your a man, pay up!

The man was paying child support for like 5+ years (might've been longer but I'm not sure), got the test and found out the kid wasn't his. Because he was paying for all those years, they made him to continue to pay!
Spud2 Posted October 15, 2005 Posted October 15, 2005 Wrap that rascal or shoot blanks or you're going to pay. Was it a women judge?
cf2112 Posted October 15, 2005 Posted October 15, 2005 » That is absolutely rediculous! Yas, but thanks to liberal judges rulings like this are to common:-(
shrink Posted October 15, 2005 Posted October 15, 2005 Ouch.... that would suck :-( Hell, he didn't even get that much out of the deal!
strayvector Posted October 15, 2005 Author Posted October 15, 2005 I would think that the ruling has effectively shut down all sperm banks in Sweden.

Mel Posted October 18, 2005 Posted October 18, 2005 I figure once my piss, **** or other leaves my body it ain't my concern any more. Can the sewer company sue me if my turds clog up the system? Stick in her a-- next time.:-D
Passingwinds Posted October 18, 2005 Posted October 18, 2005 » » That is absolutely rediculous! » » Yas, but thanks to liberal judges rulings like this are to common:-( Frankly, I didn't know there were any more liberal judges left. Generally it's conservative judges who are notorious for taking a hard stance in matters relating to birth/maternity/paternity issues. Do you know for a fact it was a liberal judge or were you just bashing liberals?
