I'll let the retailer know if there are more than 2 damaged. Most credit me for the damaged smokes. I mean you paid for top quality so you deserve it. If there are more than 5 or 6 damaged I'll usually send them back unless the retailer makes me an incredible deal on the good portion. I've had boxes of Partagas Presidentes that had about 7 damaged and I sent them back.
