Colt45 Posted May 23, 2008 Share Posted May 23, 2008 I've been doing a little searching to see if Imperial did indeed gain control of Altadis' stake in HSA, or if Cuba has / will exercise the change of control clause. Chaki Posted May 23, 2008 Share Posted May 23, 2008 I think El Prez is right: things must be going smoothly. Imperial must have discussed with the Cuban authorities before any bid.
