CIGARHead Posted April 14, 2008 Posted April 14, 2008 Rob, How are the San Cristobal El Principes smoking? Maybe a little enticing review on your part would help me out. Thanks mate.

Colt45 Posted April 14, 2008 Posted April 14, 2008 I'm not Rob, but I was a pirate for halloween once. I've been smoking from a March '07 box, and have found them to be thick and chewy - really great, although they certainly show some youthful sharpness. I prefer them to the May '07 RASCC I've been smoking as well. For me, they are more smokeable right now. They helped make a long winter more bearable (and I'm still f!@#$%g bearing it)

The first 8 months I had them I simply didn't enjoy them at all, but they are starting to come into their own now and will probably be great in a couple of years
smokum Posted April 14, 2008 Posted April 14, 2008 Just finishing up a winter box from OEB/MAR07...and I can say that these are an excellent "ride home" cigar. I have hit a few that were all done at the half way point but all in all a very good young cigar. Very smokeable. I re-plenished for next winter already !

Some construction inconsistancies from time to time as to amount of filler. One of my favorites though and fairly easy on the wallet.
