I was also unable to log onto the host to lodge a support request & they have no phone support. The culprit......MD web hosting. So I have changed hosting companies, relocated the domain, and we are back on the air. (fingers crossed) :-D The new hosting company is providing 100GB bandwidth, a ten-fold increase to the 10GB previously available. The site will keep going while I do! My DNS has not updated with the new info yet. Glad this is temporary! My lookup says 116.0.23.204 is your IP address. I am guessing that is the old one? Things now appear ok. DNS has transferred. There was a small hitch (me uploading the website into the wrong folder.. ), which put the website down again until I actually read the instructions.:-D Many thanks for the many emails I received offering help..
