Zippo Torch

OK I brought a Zippo torch being a big fan of Zippo for year I couldn't wait for the thing to come out. I got one now and can't stand the think. It's all package up and ready to send it back and I can't get the lite.

Has another one else got this problem with Zippo?

I've yet to read a positive review on these, and decided to pass. Along with many members,

I'm using a blazer.

I'm guessing it's the Zippo Blu you're writing about?

I haven't heard anything positive either.

If you're really into using a Zippo, the Z-plus inserts are available, although I've had bad luck with them. Blazer or Dupont only for me...

The Zippo really has copped a pasting from members. It had been a long time coming and I thought they would have nailed the design.

Last year at the RTDA in Houston I got some time with Greg Booth, Zippo's CEO and during the interview he mentioned that they had been 'working' on the Blu for 7 years...seems like it wasn't long enough from the reaction here.

After 7 years it should be flawless. The thing I got is a piece of crap.

Just a box of accesories that are out for when people come over and not a big deal if they disappear. No Blazers in there thats for sure

Blazer for me too.

Never failed apart from first use, when it stopped working.

Sent it back, it just needed slight adjustment and has been spot on every time since.
