» chipped beef on toast with a touch of kiwi...... Not sure what to make of these comparisons. My father, who was a career Marine officer, used to call chipped beef on toast, '**** on a shingle'. I'm not sure that a 'kiwi' New Zealander would even touch that, but who knows?

Thanks for the review, Stick! Nice pix. You're adding your endorsement to that of El Prez and others who have given this one top ratings. I'm holding off on my box until it stabilizes for a couple months. Did you find the strong chocolate notes that Prez did? Was it strong enough?

Another believer

They are a great cigar and one I look forward to seeing develop over the years to come. I know that some members (and I respect their opinion) do not believe they are a true Habanos due to the unique flavour profile which betrays the Habanos Cuban heritage. I concur that they are a change in pace.........but they are bloody tasty ;-)

yes There was chocolate.......and it was strong in the third

I forgot to add that this cigar only had 2 weeks of acclimation....the potential here is orgasmic

I too am just totally non-plussed with these just yet...very flavorful but they just don't kick my ass and tell me..scream to me that they come from Havana.

ONE WORD...un****ing believable

chipped beef on toast with a touch of kiwi......gilled Florida lobster marinated and grilled in butter and a touch of paperika (these things I tasted not eaten).....toasty smooth witha razor burn......rolled to perfection..one of the most fantastic cigars I have ever smoked or seen..if any cigar is worth 20 bucks this is it
