shrink Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 » chipped beef on toast with a touch of kiwi...... Not sure what to make of these comparisons. My father, who was a career Marine officer, used to call chipped beef on toast, '**** on a shingle'. I'm not sure that a 'kiwi' New Zealander would even touch that, but who knows? Thanks for the review, Stick! Nice pix. You're adding your endorsement to that of El Prez and others who have given this one top ratings. I'm holding off on my box until it stabilizes for a couple months. Did you find the strong chocolate notes that Prez did? Was it strong enough?
El Presidente Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 Another believer They are a great cigar and one I look forward to seeing develop over the years to come. I know that some members (and I respect their opinion) do not believe they are a true Habanos due to the unique flavour profile which betrays the Habanos Cuban heritage. I concur that they are a change in pace.........but they are bloody tasty ;-)

xibbumbero Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 Scratching head....I just don't get it. IMO these are terrible cigars. Oh well, one man's medicine is another man's poison. X:confused:
smokum Posted September 11, 2007 Posted September 11, 2007 I too am just totally non-plussed with these just yet...very flavorful but they just don't kick my ass and tell me..scream to me that they come from Havana.
