Weighing in here at $15.99 USD at my local beverage store. Yes it is true, I look for what I consider value from my local.

Very fruity to me, with a little bit of citric acid on the finish. Some shiraz in there somewhere?

A really good bottle to start the evening with a Partagas 898V. They complement each other nicely.
