Soon, I am going to try one. How about those who have? How to they compare in flavor and strength to others? Like the PCs' RCs' or BBF? I am hopeing for EXTREME flavor.

Rob,you musta got a dud. The ones I've smoked have been fairly strong. Especially after the half way point. Mike(echo4alpha) had one that was off the charts strong. X:cool:

Smoked one to the way to work this cigar is very good cigar.

There was no ammonia to be noticed any where it was a little bland at the start but awoke in the 3 rd.

Color oily golden brown wrapper

Smell strong sweet tobacco

Earthy, nice med tobacco flavor, nutty and sweet hints of fruit and the I did nub it as the flavor intensified when about 2 inches left and was full bolded.

This cigar will be even better with age but in my honest opinion it is good now to smoke or at least sample one from your box to see how they are smoking.

Sorry about my short review but I was driving to work so I could not take notes.

Can not wait to see what they offer with a month time in the humidor.

I was blessed by a visit from Ken yesterday :surprised: where we did side by side reviews of the BGM. Updated review to follow shortly.

I agree with Jimmy's review. I got my box yesterday and I lit one up ROTT. Beautifully presented cigars in the gold foil. After reading the reviews of Rob and Ken and others I was expecting a harsh, tannic youtful cigar maybe something like a young RyJ Caz' where the strength and power overwhelms all other nuances and flavors.

Well this was not the case at all. Just like every other 06' cigar I have had these are good to go now. No harshness, no tannins just a beautiful full flavored earthy and somewhat complex bolivar. The complexity and different flavors are definately there but I agree with others that it will take some time for them to fully reveal themselves. I would say it was medium strength not overpowering the way a punch SS#2 or a RyJ Caz' can be.

Just a perfect draw, not too loose not to tight. You can tell these are high quality by the lovely redish brown wrappers and perfect construction. Burned very well with no touch ups needed. Like Jimmy said these are good to enjoy now. No doubt these will only get better with time..but I would rate a soild 93 right now.

I think I've smoked four and given one away and I have another box coming that way I do not feel so guilty smoking the first box. I found them the be medium strong but not offensive but not a wide spectrum of flavors.
