I love the smell of cigars kept in a small box such as an SLB. We've had discussions

about aging in cabs etc, but I'm thinking about aroma retention.

Cigars just really seem to retain a rich, thick, juicy stench when stored this way.

I've even taken cigars previously stored loose in a desktop and put them in a small

box, and after a short time get the same aromatic qualities.

For me, it's akin to walking into the woods after a heavy rain on a hot summer day -

thick air and smells you can cut with a knife.

The Cohiba Piramide EL are also especially pungent, even in a flat box.
