Any Thoughts on the Cohiba Sublime?

Anyone have any thoughts/opinions on the Cohiba Sublime? One of my favorite EL's that I think is just starting to show it's potential.

have not looked at one for a few years but thought that they had massive promise back then. have mine locked well away but perhaps should pull a few out. think they will be with us for decades.

Seems all vendors had adequate stock about a month ago, then all of a sudden, I think they started to show real potential. Then, poof, all vendors sold out. Glad I have a box in deep storage.

I have 1 left from a box.+ They were great from the beginning and saw no reason not to smke em up

Plenty of Potential. For me it ranks just behind the Cohibe EL DC and Cohiba Pirimide EL of 2006.

I just had one last night. WOW!!!!

I havent smoked one for over a year. Decidied it ws time to give one a try. Excelent cigar. This is showing alot of glory. I couldnt beleive the cohiba flavors that shined through in this cigar. From the first draw till the last................it was truely "sublime". It has always been hard for me to describe flavors and various qualities with in a cigar, sorry. I just got lots of cream and cohiba grass. It reminds me somewhat of the DC. Anyone think the same? These seem to share some of the same profiles, where the 06 EL stand apart on its own.

If you havent had a sublime..... i suggest going for it. Truely a enjoyable experience. Given the size i am surprised with how smooth this cigar smoke till the end.

These Sublimes are fast becoming as rare as hens teeth to get...Luckily I have a few boxes tucked away:-D These are hands down the best of any Cohiba I have ever tasted..just an outstanding complex flavor bomb. Future classic's in my mind..watch the prices of these, in 2/3 years they will be double where they are now if you can still find em.

Until HSA reintroduces them.....

LOL! you are probably right...but as we all know the first release of any cigar is always sought after...there are so many variables with the crop even if they do re-release them in a few years chances are they wont taste exactly the same.

Ditto I love these. Sadly im down to my last few.

I've also put them away quite a while back when I found these at 80% or more of promise and hints. This is a good reminder to revisit.

For sure, Brian - just a little poke at HSA :-). A re-release might not taste the same,

but who knows - it might taste even better!
