In ’05 you and I had a conversation about your trip to Cuba and your observations of the crops for that year. You said then that ’07 should be a phenomenal year. I have heard nothing of the ’07 production year yet and would like to get your take and find out if you have updates. Thanks -Oink

Thanks Piggy :-)

Early days yet. There was concern in February March of an outbreak of Black Shank which may affect up to 10% of the crop in some regions. I haven't had an update but will do so in meetings I have scheduled for the back end of April.

Give me a couple of weeks and I will have a good assessment of the situation for you.
